Under no circumstances will the provider be responsible or liable to the user for the services and their terms and conditions (cancellation policy, booking conditions, etc.).
For paid subscriptions, Tablesit may automatically upgrade accounts from the Basic plan to the Pro plan when the booking limit for the current period is reached. This upgrade becomes effective immediately for feature access, while billing changes are applied on the next renewal date of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly), with no immediate prorated charge. The applicable Pro price will be the default configured price for the same subscription currency. We keep internal records of these automatic plan changes for audit and support purposes.
SMS and WhatsApp notification services are available as optional prepaid credit packages for Tablesit account holders. Credits are purchased in advance and automatically charged to the payment method on file. Each outbound SMS or WhatsApp message deducts one or more credits from the account balance, depending on message length and destination.
Purchased credit packages are non-refundable once the credits have been issued to the account. Unused credits do not expire for the life of the active account.
Tablesit is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier routing issues, recipient opt-outs at the carrier level, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the sender. Standard message and data rates from mobile carriers may apply to message recipients.
SMS consent is collected per-guest on the booking page at the time of reservation. SMS consent is not a condition of completing a reservation.
